Finale Night

Every one of the top 50 gets brought to the venue.

Entry is free, the food and drinks are free, and the party runs all night. The five brands are in the room, which is the point: this is where creators get talking to them about paid work after the Clipathon ends.

Scoring

How the winners are decided.

Published before the creation window opens, never after results are known. Snapshots are taken at fixed points that are identical for every creator.

Content quality

A manual craft assessment covering hook, pacing, production and message clarity. Good creative wins here, not raw reach.

40%

Engagement rate

Interactions divided by views. Rewards resonance over reach, which protects smaller creators.

25%

Views

The reach signal, and the headline number brands care about.

20%

Brand compliance

A manual QC score. Guarantees the brand actually gets what it paid for.

Questions

Everything else.

Filter by topic, or open them all. Anything not answered here goes to the Support tab once you're verified.

Any UGC creator with a real, public, active profile and genuine posting history. Cycle 01 is focused on Bangalore because the finale is a physical event there, but the format itself is not campus-only. The location field just helps us with finale logistics and campus attribution.

You do not need a large following. The scoring model deliberately weights content quality at 40% and engagement rate at 25%, so craft beats follower count.

No. Registration is free, there is no agency fee and there is no lock-in. You post on your own channel and keep your account.

Every registration is reviewed by a person. There is no automated approval. The internal target is under six hours during working hours and under twelve overnight.

The reviewer checks that:

  • Your profile link resolves to a real, public, active account
  • You have genuine posting history, not a shell made for the event
  • Your declared follower band roughly matches reality
  • Your engagement pattern looks organic rather than purchased
  • There's no duplicate registration on the same phone, email or handle
  • Nothing in your history creates a brand-safety problem

If something is unclear, say a private profile or a broken link, you get an email naming the specific fix and a 24-hour window to resolve it before the record lapses.

If you're rejected outright, you get a reason and one appeal through support.

Yes. There is no matching algorithm in Cycle 01. Slot selection is first come, first served and you pick. Five brands, 100 slots each. You'll have had all five full briefs for two days before the window opens, so the decision is an informed one.

A brand at zero slots greys out and can't be selected. Pick from what's left. Every campaign carries the same prize structure and its own set of winners, so a full brand isn't the good one, it's just the fast one.

If you haven't selected by the time the window closes, you're auto-assigned to the brand with the most remaining slots and notified immediately.

Only in a narrow window. Change requests go through the Support tab, only within two hours of the selection window opening, and only if the brand you want still has slots. After that, the choice is final.

One, for your allocated brand, inside the 72-hour window. It has to be published publicly on your own channel (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or TikTok) and submitted two ways: the live post link, and the raw exported file.

The link is what the tracking system polls for views and engagement. The raw file is what the brand receives under the usage licence: roughly 100 pieces of original creator content per campaign, usable for paid reels, whitelisted ads and organic reposting.

Both are mandatory. An entry missing either one is incomplete.

Vertical 9:16, minimum 1080×1920, MP4 or MOV, and within the duration range set in your brand brief. The file size cap is set per cycle and stated in the brief.

On top of that, all mandatory brand elements have to be present: the talking points, the tags, the hashtags and the required disclosure.

No. The post must stay public and unedited until results are declared. Deleting it, restricting it or editing it is an automatic disqualification. The tracking system is polling that exact URL, and every winning post is re-checked as still live before results are announced.

The window closes automatically and there is no grace period. Reminders fire at T‑48h, T‑24h, T‑6h and T‑1h if you haven't submitted, and live support runs the entire window, so if something is going wrong, raise it early rather than at hour 71.

It stays on your channel and stays yours. What you grant at registration is a one-year usage licence to the brand you create for, over the content you produced for that campaign: paid trial reels, whitelisted ads, organic reposting and wider marketing.

This is stated at registration, restated at the brand reveal and again in the rules briefing, and the terms you accepted are archived against your record.

Verification, event communication and prize records. Your phone number is OTP-verified and used for WhatsApp updates during the event; your email carries the verification link, formal comms and certificate delivery.

A composite: 40% content quality, 25% engagement rate, 20% views and 15% brand compliance. Content quality and brand compliance are manual scores from the reviewing team.

The weighting is configurable per cycle, but whatever is used is published to creators before the creation window opens, never after results are known.

It's a real risk, and we handle it two ways. First, the measurement window is defined and identical for everyone, and the final snapshot time is published in advance. Second, a cycle may require publication within the first 48 hours of the window so every post gets comparable time to accumulate views. That decision is made before the cycle starts and stated in the rules briefing.

Engagement-pattern analysis at scoring, plus a manual re-verification of the top 10 entries per brand before anything is announced. Purchased views, likes, comments or follows are grounds for disqualification, and that's published upfront rather than applied as a surprise.

The total pool and its split are set per cycle and published before registration opens, so you always know what you're competing for before you commit. It is never revised after results are known.

Bank or UPI details are collected from winners at the venue or through the dashboard. The payout timeline is stated on stage at the finale and honoured. Funds are confirmed and reserved before finale night, so no timeline gets announced that hasn't been financially cleared.

Every creator with a valid entry receives a participation e-certificate, permanently downloadable from your dashboard, and is placed on the quarterly Clip Leaderboard automatically.

You also keep the content, the brand relationship, and a clip in your Analytics history that carries forward to every future cycle.

Roughly one Clipathon per quarter, so each three-month leaderboard season contains one to two events. Season standings are announced at the finale of the last Clipathon in that season, and a new season opens immediately.

No questions in that topic yet.
